2 Natural Sprays To Use When Cleaning Out Your Tiny Home In Between Rentals

Real Estate Blog

Renting out a tiny home allows many people to experience a way of living that they otherwise would not be able to. Turning over your tiny home in between rentals may be a lot easier because the space is much smaller than your typical rental home. However, it can be difficult to find cleaning products that work well to clean the small spaces throughout your home. Fortunately, there are a few natural sprays that you can use to clean out your tiny home in between rentals.

Tea Tree and Lemon Spray

Tea tree oil is a juggernaut when it comes to natural household cleaning supplies. The oil's antimicrobial and antibacterial properties work well to break down the toughest bacteria and get rid of stains as well as smells throughout your home. It works well in small homes because you only need a little bit to clean the space and keep it smelling fresh. Lemon oil is another antibacterial and antimicrobial. It works well when paired with tea tree oil to fight off contaminants while giving your entire tiny home a refreshing smell. In order to make the spray, fill an empty bottle with warm water. Add equal parts tea tree oil and lemon oil. Shake the bottle until it is thoroughly mixed. You can add a bit of dishwashing soap if you have a lot of buildup to remove. Spray the areas that need cleaning and allow the mix to sit for a few minutes, then use a sponge to remove any contaminants.

Rosemary and Eucalyptus Spray

Rosemary and eucalyptus oil are additional natural oils that are used in household sprays. The oils not only bring a fresh scent to the room they are used in but they are packed with antibacterials. They work well for a tiny home because they are not as strong and overpowering as commercial sprays. In addition, they are gentler on the materials in tiny homes. You can create your own spray by warming up distilled water and placing in a spray bottle. Add at least ten drops of rosemary and eucalyptus oil to the spray bottle. Add a bit of peppermint oil to give your home a mint and fresh smell. Use the spray to clean your countertops, tables and floors.

When cleaning out a tiny home in between rentals it is important to be as efficient as possible. Use these natural sprays to help you keep your tiny home rental looking spotless and refreshed. For more information, contact a real estate agency like Charles L Moles Real Estate Services.

I found out I did not have to live with their inconsiderate behavior. As a public service, I decided to help others through this blog with their neighbor problems.
